How to sustain and thrive on a plant based diet

September 2018
Being "vegan" and on a plant-based diet is super buzzy right now, but there is also a lot of debate whether this lifestyle is sustainable and safe for everyone. There are examples of several vitamin and mineral deficiencies, but then there are some people who are absolutely thriving being vegan. There is a ton of evidence showing the many health benefits of a predominately plant-based diet, but is this for you? At event 5 of the Balance 2018 & Beyond wellness series, we have invited an expert panel to clear out the confusion surrounding this hot topic and teach us how to thrive when going predominately plant-based.

Stay tuned for more info!
